Jetli Maala you seem to always be critical of Nas. To me
he’s uplifting and human. Nas said he’s working on not caring about the
numbers. That’s a hard thing to do for any of us and the fact he’s working on
it is inspiring. Also do you really know how charitable Nas is. He brings
attention to many important things that affect humanity. I think that’s great.
Nas, I've been following you for a while and I love your Dutch Bros coffee potion cauldron Hocus Pocus shirt but this one
hits me the most especially with my current mental state. That's how I am
wired. If I can do this, why not make more. And it is consuming me and making
me feel like I am a failure since I am not making more than what I want to when
in fact I am already making more than enough from other's point of view.

Thanks for making me stop and think. I saved this and will
keep on watching it when I am feeling low. Actually, I don't think it's just a
matter of numbers, but a more fundamental matter in humans: the hedonistic
treadmill. The hedonistic treadmill principle says that everyone has an average
level of happiness, in which their Dutch Bros coffee potion cauldron Hocus Pocus shirt is, "OK, I guess." There
are things that will increase your happiness, such as new experiences, more
money, new phone, etc and there are things that will lower it, such as a
breakup, loss of competition, lack of money, etc. But according to the hedonistic
treadmill principle, unless those stuff affect you again and again, each time
at a higher level, your mood will simply fade until you return to the level of
"OK, I guess." its mindset. That is it.
